  My partner and I have been going frequently over the past few months.. Great food and service 90% of the time.. Well tonight I ordered my usual sausage muffins but only to find out they weren't the same.. To be honest they smelt like dog.. Maybe its just me! Anyways since when did the muffins change? Where's the flavour? I'm disappointed.. Won't be ordering from there again!

  The blonde male manager with the glasses that does the night shift and weekend shift needs to pull his head in and lead by example to his younger colleuges. Tonight I Ordered a 10 nugget meal, and a cheeseburger meal, with sweet sour and BBQ sauce. (Paid for the BBQ as it didn't come with the nuggets) just to find he hasn't put it in the bag. I go inside to get my sauce where a nice young girl served me and without hesitation gave me the sauce (great customer service to you by the way). Get back in my car to find no ice in the drinks. Get home to find cold chips, and only 9 nuggets instead of 10. This isn't the first time this arrogant manager has served me. I will not hesitate next time to express my disappointment. McDonald's prices have gone through the roof over the years, yet the service hasn't gotten any better but the serving sizes have gotten smaller.
